Dinner at Chef Mickey's (CM)
Having dinner at CM (located in the Contemporary Resort) is one of those traditional things my aunt/uncle do when they go to Disney World with the boys. It's character dining and buffet goodies and the occasional wild napkin-flinging dancing. (Character dining is when a Disney character is strolling around and mingling with the common people; at CM you dine with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, and Donald.)
Tommy and I both got birthday cupcakes special and various photos taken with Donald and a few other characters, and Tommy made out like a freaking bandit with his birthday money. Over $100, thank you, and you can tell he was completely stoked about it!
It was unanimously determined, this particular evening, that this would be the last time Chef Mickey's would be on the Must Do list, as the boys have really kind of outgrown the character dining experience anyway.
Plus, you know, Donald gets a little worried when you joke about putting him on a spit and roasting him for dinner. . .
