My friend Lauren sent me a link to a blog that just showcases awkward family photos. THIS ONE reminded me of a trip I took to Busch Gardens and a typical "beth" moment that ensued.
There I was, wearing a blue check button-down shirt (with cap sleeves and blue satin edging--it was very cute) and enjoying a first-row spot on the Alpengeist. The shirt button holes were a little loose but I didn't think anything about it, just having a great time with the wind blasting my face and flying around the track. Smile for the camera!!
So the ride comes to a stop, and I look down, and my shirt had been blown wide open, buttons out of the button holes . . . good thing I was wearing one of my "good" bras!! And yes, we got it all on film . . . I just didn't buy the picture.
Needless to say, I wear t-shirts to amusement parks now . . . or just make sure any buttons are secure. HA!!!
