TSNY--Trapeze School, DC!

No, that is not a type-o in the title of this post.  The Trapeze School of New York opened a thing smack in the middle of Washington D.C. about 2 blocks away from all the good stuff you go to DC to see/do.  It happens to be in a parking lot for the moment (haha), but they're building a permanent facility near the river.

Anywho, my friend Lisa and I have been dying to try this out, and it took us a little while to get our schedules meshed to take our first flying class Oct. 27th.  The day of was kind of misty, but not too bad, so we headed down, and JUST as we'd purchased our metro cards for the day she got the call that class was cancelled due to weather. 

Kinda bummed, but we're going to try it again (we will not be foiled!).  So, metro tickets in hand, we continued on to DC in search of Dim Sum in Chinatown and some sort of fun museum thing.  Our souvenier photos of the day:
