We had an ice cream social at work yesterday, and there are copious left-overs . . . we even had sorbet!
Today for lunch I am having roast potatoes/snap peas/peppers steamer mix, and peach sorbet with strawberry (puree) sauce, and coffee ice cream with chocolate syrup and mini choc chips, and . . . BRAIN FREEEEEEEZE!!
