Pencil ME In! (chaos management)

I've been coming to the conclusion that my life is unequivocably unbalanced and too disorganized for me to deal with as I've been doing. Hey, if you've been following along, you've probably got that. And yet, I seem to need the multitude of "have-tos" since I can't seem to stop myself from adding more as soon as things calm down a bit. I forget to include myself in all those things that I should be taking care of, sometimes.

I need chaos, gotta have it--it keeps life interesting, problematic, and colorful.

Gotta find a way to have it all, then . . .

To wit, I made myself a schedule for the have-tos so I stop neglecting myself over the projects, and so I don't bounce from extremes of over-activity to complete veg. I made sure to keep it plenty flexible for socializing and dating and those rare occasions when I do absolutely nothing. Simple stuff, like:

Mon - Fri:
1. 30 min exercise/day
2. 2 hr laundry/week
3. 30 min sellable craft time/day
4. 30 min fix dinner/day
5. 30 min home cleaning/day

Sat - Sun:
1. 5 hr home projects
2. 5 hr games (trust me, this is a have-to)
3. 2 hr personal art/craft work
4. 3 hrs errands/shopping/etc

It's like watching food intake: did I eat enough veggies; did I remember to eat at all; did I clean the bathroom; did I pay my bills; did I exercise today; etc, etc. Implemented it yesterday, so we'll see how the week goes. Off to a good start so far, even managed to get some game time in yesterday between washing dishes, fixing dinner, minor cleaning, and scraping wallpaper. Wish me luck!!
